Contact & support
plastr is small enough that a human reads everything. That is the whole support policy.
Something is wrong with an order
Email us with your order ID (it is in your receipt, and on the order page). We decide refunds from what actually happened on the order: if a creator does not deliver, or misrepresented what they sold, the sponsor is refunded in full. Where nobody is at fault, you get back everything plastr still holds.
plastr@amescreate.com →A payout or production advance is stuck
An advance only moves once the sponsor’s artwork is accepted, you have accepted the sponsor, your payout setup is finished, and the short hold after payment has passed. If all of that is true and nothing has arrived, send the order ID and we will look at the transfer itself.
plastr@amescreate.com →My listing is still in review
Reviews are done by a person, usually within a day. If it has been longer, chase us — we would rather be nagged.
plastr@amescreate.com →I want help finding placements
Tell us your audience and budget and we will shortlist listings by hand.
Use the brand form →Trust, safety, or a rules question
Report anything that breaks the rules — fabricated audience numbers, a fake event, artwork nobody had the right to use — and we will look at it. Include a link or an order ID.
plastr@amescreate.com →Email: plastr@amescreate.com — we aim to answer within one business day.
Include: your order ID or listing link. It saves a round trip.
Card disputes: talk to us before your bank. We can usually fix it faster, and a dispute freezes the order for everyone on it.
Operated by: Ames Create, Indiana, USA.
Before you write: the walkthrough, rules and refund policy answer most questions.
