What we collect, why we have it, and who can see it.

Document status

v0.2 · Updated August 28, 2026 · Under review by outside counsel. Drafted in-house by Ames Create and accurate about what the product does today. Material changes are posted here with a new version and date.

What we collect

Account email; campaign content you submit (photos, story, pricing, audience details); sponsor company details, artwork and logos; order, payment and payout records; files and links submitted as proof of delivery; evidence you send to support an audience number; support correspondence; and basic usage analytics.

What we do with it

Run the marketplace: publish the listings you choose to publish, review listings and sponsor artwork, process payments (via Stripe — we never see full card numbers), send transactional email (via Resend), check proof of delivery, decide refunds and disputes, and prevent fraud.

Analytics evidence and audience numbers

Audience numbers a campaign owner enters themselves are published as owner-reported, and that label travels with them. A campaign owner may also send us evidence for a number — an analytics screenshot, a dashboard export, a ticketing or attendance report.

That evidence stays private to plastr. It is stored against the listing record, read by the people at plastr who review it, and never published on your campaign page, never shown to brands or sponsors, never sold, and never handed to another creator. The most that can ever appear publicly is a short label describing what kind of check stands behind a number — that evidence was submitted, or that plastr reviewed it — never the file, the account name, or anything else inside it.

Send the least you can: crop to the figure in question, and blank out follower names, direct messages, email addresses and revenue lines that are not what you are evidencing. We keep evidence while the campaign is live and for as long as we may need it to defend a dispute about that campaign, and you can ask us to delete a specific file at any time.

Proof of delivery

Proof you submit for an order — a photo, a screenshot, or a published link — is reviewed by a person at plastr and shared with the sponsor of that order, because it is the evidence they paid for. It may also be used as evidence if that payment is ever disputed. Do not include anything in a proof photo you would not want that sponsor to see.

What is public, and what is not

Campaign pages are public by design: the title, photos, story, inventory, prices and the sponsors on them. A sponsor's company name, logo and link are public once a placement is live, and appear on a plastr brand page. Your account email is not displayed publicly, and we do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy. Creators receiving payouts complete identity and payout onboarding directly with Stripe; that information belongs to Stripe, and plastr only sees whether the account is able to receive money. We store order metadata, not card data.

Retention and deletion

We keep records as long as your account is active and as long as required for tax, payment and dispute compliance — card disputes can arrive months after a placement is delivered, so order, proof and payout records are kept accordingly. Email plastr@amescreate.com to request deletion of your account and content.
