Privacy request

Ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, opt out of optional processing, or appeal an earlier decision. You get a reference number, and a person handles it.

Who this is for. Anyone with a Plastr account, anyone who sponsored something as a guest, and anyone who wrote to us. Some of these rights are guaranteed by state privacy laws only above certain thresholds that Plastr may not yet meet; we honour access, copy, correction, deletion and appeal for everyone anyway, on the same 45-day target. What each request can and cannot do is in the Privacy Policy.

What deletion cannot remove. Records tied to money (orders, payments, refunds, disputes, proof) and the record that you accepted the Terms are kept for as long as tax law and the card networks require. Retention.
