Appeal a decision

If Plastr suspended or removed your listing, relabelled or removed an audience number, or restricted your account, you can ask for a second look. A person who was not involved in the first decision reviews it against the Rules and the Terms. How moderation works, start to finish, is in Enforcement.

This is not for refunds or payment disputes: use your order page (Cancel or Need help) and the refund policy. Copyright and trademark removals have their own counter-notice process on the copyright page.
