• Cancelling and refunds. Before production money is released, your whole payment is refundable, including Plastr's fee. After it is released, a refund returns everything Plastr still holds; released production money comes back only where the creator is at fault. If the creator declines you or never delivers, you are refunded in full. Refund policy.
• Approval. When the creator submits proof you have 3 days to approve it or ask for a fix. If you do neither, the order is treated as approved and the rest of the payout is released. We email you when proof arrives and again the day before the deadline.
• Results. You are buying the placement described above for the stated term. Nobody on Plastr guarantees impressions, clicks or sales.
