Cancelling and refunds. Before production money is released, your whole payment is refundable, including Plastr's fee. After it is released, a refund returns everything Plastr still holds; released production money comes back only where the creator is at fault. If the creator declines you or never delivers, you are refunded in full. Refund policy.
Approval. When the creator submits proof you have 3 days to approve it or ask for a fix. If you do neither, the order is treated as approved and the rest of the payout is released. We email you when proof arrives and again the day before the deadline.
