Why I'm doing this

I am building the camera package for a documentary about small-town public libraries — fourteen months of shooting across nine states. The rig is the whole budget line I could not close, and it is also the most visible object on any set: crew, subjects, and everyone who walks past a shoot sees it. Placements go on the matte box and cage and stay for the entire production, and every sponsor is named in the film's end credits.
